Bahar Niakan, born May 16, 2004, is an Iran-based illustrator and painter working across various mediums, with a particular focus on digital painting and watercolor. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Painting from the Ferdows institute of higher education in Mashhad. Her work centers on creating imaginative, narrative-driven worlds that invite viewers to step away from everyday reality and enter a magical, immersive space.
Alongside her independent illustration practice, Bahar has experience designing and illustrating puppets for a theatrical production. Her artworks have been showcased in three group exhibitions, and she has received several awards in national art competitions.
She is open to creative collaborations, particularly in editorial, storytelling, and animation-related projects.
